The long, wide promenade and harbour are bordered by cafes, bars and restaurants and if you're looking for a livelier night out there are numerous clubs to choose from. Marbella/Puerto Banus One of the most exclusive resorts on the coast, Marbella is a superb combination of traditional-style architect, high standard accommodation, glamorous boutiques and vibrant nightlife. 6 kms to the west of Marbella is the sophisticated resort of Puerto Banus, typified by its marina and casino and the many famous faces who use this area as their playground. Estepona The Costa del Sol's most westerly resort - within striking distance of Gibraltar.- Estepona is a quieter more traditional resort. You are more likely to pass the time of day over tapas with local people than run into hordes of tourists, although it is becoming increasingly popular particularly with golfers.
