Location and Resort

Lido di Camaiore is situated on the Tirrenean Coast between Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta, considered in Versilia as an upper class marine bathing area.  The origins of the Hotel Europa date back to the late nineteenth century, more precisely the year 1880, when the Versilia was a vast, wild, uninhabited and marshy area, sought after for its hunting and fishing riches.  The holding, where today the Hotel Eropa stands was strewn with lent-lilies, poor housing and hunters' sheds..
